		<description>I just had a bad experience today at pet supply plus in clarksburg wv.  I purhased a 110 dollars woth of supplies to home a small turtle.  when I checked out the cashier a little rattled and more foucused on carring on a conversation then offering customer service.  She handed me my pet supply plus card and did not hand me a receipt.  Before leaving the store I talked to another associate and they told me that within a years time i would have to purchase a new tank because he would so big.  I was told this after I inquired about buying the supplies for this turtle. The manager on duty was very rude and had a uncalled for attitude when I tried to return the items there was no ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE.  The manager refused without hesitation to give me a refund. And was very nasty about it.  I puchased the items as a present for my grandson&#039;s birthday who will be turning 6.  I spent my entire check that i earned working the elections at your store.  Now in ten days I have to explain to my grandson why his grandmother is not getting him anything for his birthday.  I pretty sure that a  year old is not gonna under stand that he didnt get anything because the manager at the store got up on the wrong side of the bed and take it out on his customers.  there was no excuse for his actions.  So I didnt have a receipt.  I didnt leave the store the cashier could verify that I purchased the stuff and not to mention if thje manager took the time to offer good customer service he could have looked it up on register.  I have never been talked to like that in my intire life and it will not be tollerated.  I am a loyal customer for years.  I am hearby requesting to file a formal complaint against the store in clarksburg.  Please contact me immediatley to correct this situation.  This needs to be corrected so I can give my grandson a birthday present.  #1  Associate was not eduacated on the animal (turtle) growth.  #2 Associate did not fully explaining what to expect when purchasing the turtle.  #3  Cashier was not focused on her responsibilities.  #4  The manager was a cold hearted, pig headed, unfriendly, non respecting,rude self centered bastard.
